The Challenge

Organizations Are Serving
Without the Right Systems.

Well-intentioned organizations doing vital work in underserved communities often lack the culturally grounded, trauma-informed infrastructure to sustain their impact — and their people.

High Turnover & Staff Burnout Teams serving traumatized communities absorb secondary trauma without proper systems or support.
Culturally Misaligned Practices Policies and programs built without BIDEC community insight fail to create real trust or outcomes.
Leadership Without a Trauma Lens Supervisors and executives make decisions that inadvertently re-traumatize staff and community members.
Compliance Without Competence Organizations check DEI and cultural competency boxes without meaningful systems change.
73%
of human services workers report high burnout — with rates highest among those serving marginalized communities.

"Trauma does not have to be the final word. When organizations are built with culturally grounded, trauma-informed systems, they don't just survive — they transform."

— Dr. Lisseth London, PhD, MSW, LCSWA

Our Difference

Not Generic DEI.
Grounded Transformation.

LLGC doesn't offer off-the-shelf solutions. Every engagement is anchored in Dr. London's proprietary Ethnotraumatology™ framework — a 20-year body of clinical and consulting expertise that goes beyond training to change how organizations think, act, and serve.

Ethnotraumatology™-Centered

Every recommendation is grounded in the science of how ethnic and cultural trauma shapes individual behavior and organizational systems.

BIDEC™ Community First

We center the lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities in every strategy, training, and systems change recommendation.

Implementation, Not Just Education

We don't stop at training. The AIAER Model™ ensures knowledge becomes practice — and practice becomes institutional change.

Spiritually Intelligent

For faith-based and holistic organizations, we integrate spiritual formation principles alongside evidence-based trauma frameworks.

Ethnotraumatologist. Consultant. Global Advocate.

Dr. Lisseth London is a bilingual international Ethnotraumatologist, behavioral trauma specialist, licensed clinical social work associate, and certified traumatologist with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of trauma, culture, and systems transformation.

As the founder of LLGC, Dr. London developed the Ethnotraumatology™ framework and the AIAER Model™ from a deep frustration with the gaps she witnessed in how organizations served BIDEC communities — well-meaning but culturally ill-equipped. Her mission is direct: equip organizations with the tools, training, and systems to not just serve underserved communities, but to do so with excellence, cultural integrity, and trauma-informed precision.

Her global consulting work has reached organizations across five continents, including partnerships with the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR) and training for global ambassadors across Africa and beyond.

Ms. London provided trauma-informed training to my organization and to over 20 global ambassadors stationed in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Gambia, and Kenya. Her training was enlightening and applicable to the work we do. Through our partnership we established London's Haven, a short-term shelter for survivors of gender-based violence and trafficking.
