Lhorraine Polite holds an Associate of Science in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelors of Arts in Communication/Public Relations, and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management. Ms. Polite has utilized her PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate for the last decade supporting small and large organizations to navigate their intricate needs from auditing, building communication skills, leadership development, staff realignment, team recruitment, funds development, and more.

As a valued team member, Ms. Polite brings knowledge, passion, skills, and dedication to every LLGC contract to help our clients build sustainable leaders who seek to be effective in their work by addressing: impostor syndrome, time management, navigate DEI standards, communication, leadership dynamics, and more. As a Founder and CEO of her own non-profit organization, Ms. Polite has been essential to us with her intentionally in supporting leaders to re-engage with their staff through a customized structured plan and a trauma-informed/focused behavioral care approach.
