LLGC offers two different options for our Trauma Informed Resiliency Training (TIRT):
Trauma Informed Workplace Training: This training emphasizes the workplace environment, by equipping our partners with the tools to navigate through trauma within the workplace, thus creating more Trauma Resilient constituents within organizations. Partners demonstrate their understanding and continued commitment in developing and maintaining a Trauma Informed Workplace environment (i.e., safe spaces).
Trauma Informed Advocate Training: This training emphasizes the individual needs of our partners in addressing trauma in their own lives. The tools learned in this training empowers our partners to move forward in their relationships in a more holistic way. The Advocate distinguishes themselves by demonstrating their commitment to understanding and sustaining a holistic approach as they apply a Trauma Solution Focused approach in their everyday lives.
OUR METHODS, YOUR REASON
The experts at LLGC use a combination of methods in addressing Trauma Resiliency, which allows our approach to be fluid and flexible to all of our partners and their specific needs. Our methodology throughout our curriculum highlights a Forward-Facing Trauma Therapy and a Solution Focused Brief Therapy as the foundation of our Trauma Solution Focused approach. So, becoming a Trauma Informed Resilient Partner means that YOU are committed to enhancing your organizations’ work and leadership cultural environment by building the skill set necessary to overcome adversity to thrive.
Coaching& Consulting
LLGC offers our partners Behavioral Health Engagement & Trauma Coaching, which serves to address the more personal and professional needs of our partners by utilizing an approach that seeks to highlight the strengths of the individual, not maliciously expose them.
LLGC offers our partners Trauma Informed Resiliency Training© approach to support their organizations lens in order to craft and sustain Trauma Informed programs of their own.
