Dr. Lisseth London has over 15 years of human service experience, during which she noticed the impact of trauma-deficient environments on organizations. Her Trauma Solution Focused approach addresses gaps in business structure and work environments and has proven successful in dealing with factors resulting from trauma. 

Working directly with the leaders who helm organizations, incorporating her Trauma Informed Resiliency Training© (TIRT) approach to assist them from the inside out. As a bilingual international trauma specialist and consultant, Dr. London's mission is to empower leaders through education and effective treatment models.

Dr. London collaborates with various organizational partners, including those serving immigrant/displaced groups, anti-human trafficking groups, sexual gender-based violence advocates, and health disparities advocacy groups.
