Veronica Alarcon has a belief that all organizations have the ability to flourish and develop new techniques that foster positive perspectives and interventions from the foundational structure of the business to engage with their target population.

As an intricate member of LLGC, Mrs. Alarcon provides customized services such as organization management and compliance for funding which includes assessments, qualitative evaluation, grant research, and writing, creating and launching fundraising campaigns, business development, outreach and leveraging partnerships, SWOT analysis, business plans, board assessment and presentation, third-party conflict mediation, policy and HR procedures, filing state grievances, business coaching and support, strategic project implementation and management, and more.

Mrs. Alarcon has partnered and consulted with various organizations serving schools (k-12 and in higher education), Mediatech Institute, OneStar Foundation, Oklahoma State Commission, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, and Rojas Enterprise state departments supporting local entrepreneurs in the State of California. Mrs. Alarcon is currently working with the City of Oklahoma where she has successfully helped acquire millions of dollars in grants.
